A Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Holly brings more than a decade of business experience in a variety of industries including: Property Management, Financial, Clothing Design, Real Estate, and Non-profit Organizations.
Before Sum of All Numbers, Holly was the Chief Financial Officer for the American Red Cross, where she managed a full accounting staff and worked closely with the Board of Directors in making financial decisions for the organization. She understands firsthand the hardships and successes small business owners face and has used this knowledge to help hundreds of clients launch their own businesses. The primary focus of Sum of All Numbers is to provide small business owners with the tools they need to effectively manage their own business financials. Holly and her team provide simple solutions for gathering financial data to guide business owners to sound financial business decisions. Her passion for assisting small businesses led to the establishment of Sum of All Numbers. Holly studied International Business Management at Brigham Young University – Hawaii and Utah State University.
Amy Berger applies her 33 years of small business bookkeeping experience to assisting clients. Her experience in all forms of invoicing including progress billing, time and materials, and AIA, as well as all facets of payroll, including certified payroll, make her a strong contributor. Amy began her bookkeeping career at her husband’s landscaping business. She has worked in various contractor trades for companies of three to 250 employees where she acquired her knowledge of QuickBooks, Sage Master Builder and MAS 90.
Amy is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Natural Resources Management. She has four children and makes her home in Pleasanton. She enjoys backpacking, kayaking and is an avid San Jose Sharks fan.
Ashli brings more than 15 years of reliable, accurate, and cost-effective bookkeeping experience and customer service to assist clients. Ashli has worked with many different forms of invoicing, bill paying, and other bookkeeping software platforms and is familiar with nearly all facets of payroll. She gained her experience by working with various large financial instructions, real estate brokerages, and law firms providing expert bookkeeping and customer services. Ashli enjoys a reputation amongst her clients and co-workers for her excellent communication skills, quick problem solving abilities, crises management, and unyielding optimism. If you have a problem, she’s the one to solve it.
Ashli attended Colorado State University where she majored in music education, has four children, and resides in Fresno, California. She is passionate about music and music performance and is an avid fan of LeBron James, no matter what team he is on.
For 30 years and counting, Elyce Neal has been dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. Along with many other skills, she joins the team with experience building annual budgets, developing procedures & policies, and participating in audits. She has over 10 years of experience with bookkeeping including family finance, small businesses, and quail farming. Elyce has a stellar reputation among her clients and co-workers for her excellent communication skills and troubleshooting abilities.
Elyce earned her Bachelor’s degree and Teaching Credential at California State University, Sacramento. She worked as a substitute teacher prior to her corporate career.
Frank DeVito is the husband of our CEO, Holly DeVito. He has watched the company grow from one client 11 years ago to the nationally recognized firm it is today. It has been Holly and Frank’s goal to work together in the business since the beginning. He joined the team in January 2017. Frank concentrates on sales, marketing and customer service.
Originally from New York, Frank brings a unique energy to the team. He graduated from SUNY Binghamton in 1984. Only a short time after graduation, he hit the road selling to restaurants in New Jersey and New York City. Holly and Frank live in Loomis, CA with their two children, in addition to 50 chickens, four fainting goats, guinea hens (too many), mama and papa pig with their many baby pigs, an Emu, two geese, two cats and two dogs (for now).
Heather makes it her mission to free small business owners from the day-to-day details of organizing and synthesizing financial information in clear and concise form, liberating their time and energy for customers, clients, and business operations.
After having worked as an executive assistant in manufacturing operations and as a curriculum alignment specialist for textbook publishing, for the last several years Heather has been a bookkeeper and office manager for a small Silicon Valley firm.
Outside of work Heather loves to read, learn, cook, and savor classic cinema while spending time with her relentlessly curious kids who are learning to love the same.
Leah Coglianese has been with Sum of All Number since 2016. She is a Certified ProAdvisor for
QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online, with over 18 year of banking experience. She has managed numerous departments and is able to apply her knowledge in providing excellent customer service.
Prior to joining the Sum of All Numbers team, Leah worked with QuickBooks for a bookkeeping firm for
the past seven years. She has experience in payroll, billing, data entry, and bank reconciliation for a
multiple of diversified clients. She is excited to be part of the team.
Lori Howard is a detail-oriented financial professional who keeps and eye on the big picture, especially relationships between business functions. Lori joins the team with more than 15 years experience. Lori strives to assist her clients, solve problems, streamline processes and increase efficiency. Prior to joining Sum of All Numbers, she worked for a real estate information website, a local health services college, and a management company specializing in retirement homes and skilled nursing facilities.
Lori has a B.S. degree with a concentration in Accounting from San Francisco State University. She is also a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Lori is very active in the local Scottish dance community, where she dances, teaches and directs a performance team.
While completing her Business Finance Degree from Brigham Young University in 1990, Michelle received her real estate license and hit the ground running in the title and escrow business working with financial transactions and record keeping. The next 25 years took her on journeys in different areas of real estate administration and financing. This love of numbers has brought her to joining the Sum of All Numbers team.
Murphy Forsgren puts her academic excellence and growing business experience to good use helping clients improve their business success. Her knowledge of QuickBooks, and experience with data entry, billing, and payments make her adept at maintaining accounts for various clients. Murphy graduated cum laude with her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Utah State University where she achieved the honors of Dean’s List and Beta Gamma Sigma, a business honors society.
Susan Powers is a dedicated Account Manager and experienced resource for small business owners. She brings over 15 years of accounting experience, at various levels, in the manufacturing and retail industries to Sum of All Numbers’ clients. Currently, Susan is working hard to earn her Accounting Degree. She is a member of the AIPB, bill.com certified and a QBO ProAdvisor.
Tina Mosier has been with Sum of All Numbers since 2014. She received her Accounting Degree in the spring of 2014. She is a Certified ProAdvisor for Quickbooks and Quickbooks Online. She has experience in payroll, billing, and AIA’s. She is excited to be part of the team.
